Basic details.

b. Effective– approx. 17000

c. Parent company: ITC LTD (BSE/NSE listed)

d. Location: Gurugram (India) – Work in the office 3 days a week

e. Salary offered: 35 Lac per year

f. Period planned to join: 45 days maximum

f. Position: Responsible for the full .NET stack.

Nowadays, I found that most of the IT companies conduct interviews online. Here, they use dedicated platforms that are helpful in managing and ensuring the integrity of candidates during online interviews.

Integrity is very important because nowadays the concept of proxy support for interviews is booming. In this practice, the candidate only has to appear online, while someone else speaks on their behalf. With interviews taking place online, it becomes very difficult to assess the integrity of the candidate and determine whether they actually possess the required technical skills.
