The evaluation of both types of work deserves to describe them clearly because the process definition contains many answers.

Full time

Full-time work is a common type of work in IT services in Russia, which involves the team working together in the office during working hours. The start and end of the working day often vary, which makes it possible to come to work not at 9 a.m. but, for example, at 11 a.m. and also to work late. However, in teams focused on achieving results, the time to leave the workplace is not tied to time.

It should be noted that many teams with flexible hours work according to the Scrum methodology, which involves team meetings in the morning. In most cases, these meetings are scheduled for 10 a.m. to minimize the time difference between the development statuses of different team members.

As you can see, the flexibility of schedules therefore becomes quite relative. As a result, teams create 5-6 hour start and finish windows during the work day, during which the entire team is guaranteed to be on site to discuss work issues and work together.
